When it comes to purchasing life insurance one important factor is the history of the insurance company. Knowing that a company has a long history within the insurance industry can provide peace of mind that they will be around at the time when they are needed most.
ANICO is one company that has a long history within the insurance industry. The insurance company dates back to 1905 and was originally founded by William L. Moody, an American financier, and entrepreneur from Galveston Texas.

Fast-forward to over a century later, surviving wars, great depressions, and economic turbulence, ANICO has not only been able to provide for its customers but also grow from a small insurance carrier into a massive multi-billion dollar company that is a leader within the insurance industry today.
Present Time
Today, ANICO is still headquartered in both the same city and state the company was founded in, Galveston, Texas. In addition to life insurance coverage, the insurance company also offers health insurance, home insurance, auto insurance, business insurance as well as annuities.
